The journey started in a room full of Japanese engineering standards. As a Bridge Engineer for Softbank and Mitani Group, I learned that great products start with great discipline — managing project tasks and resource allocation so precisely that final project costs never exceeded the initial budget by more than 15%. That rigor became the foundation for everything that followed.

We optimized user acquisition so aggressively that our Cost Per Install dropped to just $0.38, partnering with 80 of Vietnam's largest publishing houses and securing over 500 exclusive titles. This was the first time I proved that "Zero-to-One" wasn't just a buzzword — it was something I could actually do.
From digital strategy to survival during a pandemic
When COVID-19 shut down Ho Chi Minh City, our organic food business became one of only 13 authorized enterprises allowed to operate. That wasn't luck — it was the result of investing early in digital infrastructure. I architected a proprietary centralized ERP/CRM system to scale a premium organic food business to 3 branches, acquired 30,000+ high-value customers with an average order value of 500,000 VND, and kept marketing costs under 8% of total revenue while sustaining a 48%+ Net Retention Rate through 2023-2024.

In parallel, I built Green Studio as a tech venture builder using the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model — consistently maintaining contract margins above 40% while leading a 12-person cross-functional team across multiple simultaneous products.
